Free Installation Promotion – Terms & Conditions
– Free installation promotion is valid from 09 December 2024 till 20 December 2024.
– This promotion applies only to toilets on the ground floor or lift landing floors. If installation requires moving the toilet bowl up or down stairs, additional charges will apply.
– Customers are required to submit photos of the existing toilet bowl to assess compatibility with the selected model.
– Customers must ensure the installation space is suitable for the selected toilet bowl. If the installer is unable to proceed with installation due to space constraints, a $100 cancellation fee will be charged.
– The installation will occur on weekdays between 9 AM and 6 PM, subject to our scheduling availability.
– The free installation offer is subject to the seller’s approval and discretion.
